What are the candles made from? 

100% soy wax! 

A product is sold out. When will it be back? 

We operate on a drop basis as candles cannot be made to order! When a drop sells out, the candles from that particular drop may not be coming back for a while as we like to experiment with new designs so be quick!

Are the cups heat proof? 

Yes! All our glasses are tempered glass and heat resistant. 

Can the cups be reused? 

After thorough cleaning, yes! Do not use without cleaning the wax out. 

How long does shipping take? 

We aim to have your order shipped out 1-2 days after ordering using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48 (depending on your shipping choice)! 

What are the white crystal marks on my candle?

Frosting can sometimes occur due to the cold weather! It will not affect your candles burn at all! Your candles will leave us in perfect condition but unfortunately, we can't control the weather! :)
